HEART ONE WITH GOD COLOSSIANS 3:16

Heart like yours is my desire, heart like yours, is what am searching for, full of compassion, nothing is wrong within, lord please give me a heart like yours.

It sounds funny how is possible to have a heart like Jesus’ own. It sounds impossible for some people because that heart seems too beautiful than what they can have.

Those that are led by the spirit of God are called the sons of God; the basis thing is there should be a common ground between a father and a son. Some things they have in common, the son’s blood made a way for us to be adopted by the father, then we are called his own and we are called by his name. That means Jesus’ heart is God’s heart and your heart is Jesus’ heart.

The words that I speak to you are life, the word became flesh and dwelt among us, this implies the word he spoke to you and you believed became a full and complete personality of Him in you, that’s why Paul said, the life I now live in the body, it is no longer I that lives but Christ that lives in me. It’s far from blasphemy, it’s as simple as you can’t deny that “THE WORD” has become flesh and now dwell in you. Your decision is no longer you but YOU, your choice of life and things is no longer you but YOU.

What Jesus did became easy for you to do, because you have the same heart with Him. Greater things than these shall ye do, Jesus’ assurance to those that will allow Him live in them fully.

The world can’t love you because they didn’t love Him, why? You are Him, you share His heart. His heart is beautiful, that’s why He could assure you if you offend Him 77x7 times a day, He will still forgive, you will wonder where exactly I got mine from, from the Bible of course, even though Jesus wasn’t speaking about Himself, He was answering a question, but the Jesus I know doesn’t just “Talk the Talk”, He “Walk the Walk” anything you hear Him teach, he does.

Let this mind be in you as it was in Christ, Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, the word is life. The word is Christ, in His word is His mind, if you don’t have His word(His person), you can’t have His mind.

I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit, apart from me you can do nothing. If you share His person, you share His heart and only a son knows the mind of the mind.

If you don’t have His heart, you will never win the battle of trying to please Him, you will always see yourself failing and falling, only your heart knows what you are thinking, only the ones that have His heart, knows His will.

His heart is in Him (His word). Happy Sunday

WHAT IT MEANS TO KNOW HIM

 

It has always been my cry to know who this God is.

A week ago, I attended a worship concert and the atmosphere was so powerful, I didn’t even know the best way to worship God at that moment, I was speechless, no words to best qualify Him. It got to a point I had to just open my eyes and I start looking at people all around, there were diverse expressions, people were jumping, rolling, shaking, crying and some indescribable expressions.

Then I wonder what exactly is making these people behave these ways, what is it they are seeing. My conclusion was, God this is all about you. Who you are and what you do, can make a man do anything.

Let’s go back to memory lane, David, knew God, He has seen God, he can describe God, he can tell you about His God without shame. He connects to God on a regular basis; he was dancing without control it was about God. If you know God and the power of His might, what people say doesn’t matter; you go to any extent to serve Him.

Don’t forget Paul, Paul knew God, he has seen God, he can describe God’s personality, and that’s why they will beat this guy and he will go out rejoicing for been beaten for Christ’s sake.

Job knew God, nothing you say to him makes any difference, he knows who God is, have you ever thought of the reason he didn’t curse God? I guess because he knows God too well that he understand that to curse Him was not an option.

Abraham too knew God, he saw God he can describe God. What do you think of a guy who will carry his entire household and tell them to follow him where he himself doesn’t know (trust) just because God said it. It takes a great familiarity with some people before they say something and you follow it.(trust) he knew God never lies, he is always ready to stand up and go to anywhere in as much it is God calling or sending. Who, if not a man that knows God, will hold on to a promise of  “A promised child” for years. And who else, if not a man that has seen God, will after receiving the promised child, take the child, pick up a knife, and head to slaughter the child just because the Lord requested.

Moses knew God; he knows who God is and what he can do. Only a man who knows God can surrender to lead such a rebellious nation as Israel. Only a man that knows God will try to fool himself in front of the anxious Israelites at that critical hour and stretch out a rod to split a mighty sea. It takes a man that knows God to order people to pass through the divided sea.

Elisha knew God, he knows where God lives, only a man who knows God will pray and order that there be no rain for a period of three and half years and when he was satisfied with the condition will bring back the rain by his word.

There is no two way about knowing God, knowing Him is Knowing Him. You can’t claim you know him and still you can’t do whatever He says. Those that know their God, the bible say will be strong and do exploit and they are still remembered.

 In case you don’t know this God, pray to know Him, and in case you are not even sure of whom He is, pray for an encounter with his personality. Encountering God is not a story that ends in the Bible, it still do happen.

Knowing Him is connecting with Him with faith

CLEAR THE CROWD MATTHEW 9:18-26

Crowds obstruct movement, crowd is a disorganized gathering, it is unruly and noisy.

He needed to perform a miracle and He had to clear the crowd first, why?. He could have gone straight to business. Crowd will leave little or no room for movement. Crowd can be static at times, they are not moving, and they make it impossible for others to move. Crowd consist varieties of people, strange and with diverse mentalities, with different mindset and without a solution.

Funny enough, an individual can have a solution to the problem that caused them to gather as such, but because the crowd is too close to them or they are too close to the crowd, they find it hard to exclude themselves from the crowd.

Jesus saw the group of people who gathered to mourn the dead girl, they were making unnecessary noise that painted the atmosphere rough and not conducive for Him, He knew his mission there, He recognized an obstacle (the crowd), and cleared it. In life, the crowd, I will say, refer to those “guys” who doesn’t believe in what you can do, basically because they can’t do it, I see a crowd as the group of mediocre, they are always looking for more people to join their noise. They never take a positive step and if you dare to take one, they laugh at you as they did to Jesus.

A crowd can be that thing you are found of and you know for sure it’s not going to help your dream; crowd is anything at the door of your glory, anything standing in the way of fulfilling your destiny. Even when you start fulfilling your dream, you will meet a larger number of crowds of people who have set for themselves a limit; they’ve set a border and will assure you, you can’t cross it. But note one thing, people tell you it’s impossible because it hasn’t been possible for them, not because it is really impossible.

If you don’t start clearing the crowd now, the crowd will end up clearing you, “crowd exclude someone or something by taking their place.” Don’t waste your time trying to do it better, for some set of people who doesn’t know it better. You can’t escape crowd but you can clear them if they won’t let you move, when you are done with your mission, they will hear the news and they may gather (its their regular thing, they can’t help it).

Don’t be moved by the crowd, be moved by what you carry, Jesus could have joined them and pocket His miracle, then they all cry together and go back home, but no, He knew what they don’t know, He carried what is uncommon to them, but He didn’t perform a thing until He cleared the crowd. Until you leave some gatherings, like that of mediocrity, unbelief, sin, pleasure, “we can’t do much”, impossibility, you may not go far. They will influence you and you will soon find yourself thinking the way they do, acting like them and on the same level of achievement with them, no one dare to take the next step.

If the noisy crowd around you is your friend(s), clear them, when the time comes, they will come back after hearing the news of your achievement. The crowd can never be strong for you, they don’t know your worth, believe in God, believe in yourself, clear the crowd and take the next step.

Finally, according to Acts 20:8, there were many lights in the upper chamber, where they gathered together, in as much as there are crowds, there are lights, use the light, clear the crowd. Darkness need to be separated from light for a smooth journey.

Don’t stop until you’ve done what the crowd can’t do and until your light shines and none can resist.

Distinguish the light from the crowd. Dare to make a difference. Happy democracy day!!!

DON’T FORGET THE WAY

I’m the true, way and life.

No one gets to the father except through me.

Are you stuck somewhere and to take the next turn is a problem for you?, don’t forget the way.

Do you lack idea of where the way leads to? Focus on the way

Are you on the wrong track? Go back to the way

 

Life is a journey and you can only go smoothly if you know the way, so it’s either you know the way or you know the way.

It’s hard to stop anyone who knows where he’s going and it is even harder to stop anywhere who knows the way to where he’s going.

Jesus is the way, He leads to the destination. He is the living water if you drink, you won’t be thirsty any more, your burden may be heavy, He has a lighter yoke.

Is man denying you a thing, I can assure you not to bother about it, go back to the way and tell Him about it. Report to the way man.!

You desire a good or better or even best life, and you are not getting it, the way promised that already-john 10:10, He promised you an abundant life. In case you are not satisfied where you are, don’t forget the tag on the way that says …to give you hope in your final outcome- Jeremiah 29:11.

Believe me, if the way says there is a way, then who can deny you of the way?

I was about to drop the pen when an answer came for this rhetorical question, the answer is YOU? No one but you can deny you of the way, the devil will not steal from you without your consent, and the world will not intimidate or deny or oppress you without your consent.

If you don’t know your worth as someone that knows the way, those that know it and know you don’t, will play with you.

The way makes way anywhere and everywhere, don’t forget the red sea. Don’t forget food in the wilderness; don’t forget water from the rock. Nothing is impossible for the way, only if you will believe you will receive.

JESUS IS THE ANSWER, HE IS THE WAY.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN A RIGHT MIND ECCLESIATES 10:2

“The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left”

Have you for ones consider the reason why many behave irrationally, nothing they do ever make sense. A fool will never think in the direction a wise person will think, the opposite of the wise man’s thinking is the thinking of a foolish man.

The most painful thing is that, fools don’t know they are foolish, their foolish act seems normal to them. The writer even said a fool doesn’t have sense to the extent that when he works on the street, he shows everybody how foolish he is.

The decision of the fool doesn’t benefit him, neither does it benefit people around him, a fool think of himself alone and end up destroying himself. A fool should not be given high position or duties; he doesn’t know how to handle such. He destroys existing foundations and never builds another (a better one). No advice can change his hardened heart; he seeks advice from the wrong set of people, people that thinks like he does. The word of God which is life is foolishness to him.

A fool doesn’t build his home; he will rather assist in destroying others’. A fool is not teachable, he likes to talk and talk but never listens, correct him and become his enemy, he would rather choose death over life, he knows what to do but hates to do them, he sees fire and intentionally enters, he sees life but intentionally ignores. A fool goes all the way to advertise his foolishness; in his eyes he’s always right. He is always and in all ways, vulnerable.

But what exactly put one in the right mind, because foolishness as it is a thing of the mind, out of the abundant of the heart the mouth speaks. Fools think too, only that the outcome of their thinking is as good as not thinking. Wisdom is needed to be in a right state of mind. It takes a wise man to know when he is wrong and when he is right. He accepts your correction with much appreciation because he knows the worth of it. He desires to know more in other to add to his knowledge. He gains knowledge by sharing knowledge. His decisions are perfect to follow; you can be sure you won’t fall into a pit when a wise man is leading you; he knows and understands the road.

He beliefs in God and that tells where exactly his source is, he follows proverbs 3:5-6, he never forgets psalm 32:8, he knows his worth by not forgetting Jeremiah 29:11, 1 peter 2:9, he knows what it takes to give by fixing his eyes on the master of givers Act 20:35, he knows what it means to work and when to work, he serves a God who does same, genesis 1,2:1-2, john 9:4.

You can’t pay for the words he speaks just as you can’t pay for life. When they call for a fool, don’t look too far, look at the criteria of been a fool and do a comparison of yourself.

Wisdom puts you in a right mind, when you think with wisdom; you will definitely speak with wisdom, the absence of wisdom in your thinking result into poisonous speech.

INSTRUCTION

To every blessing, there is an instruction, do this and you will get that. In life there are paths to success, like people will say, nothing good comes easy.

As believers, there are some “if” statements in the word of God that guides us to our journey or on our journey. I was playing candy crush one day, I saw this: your target is 10,000, but the main instruction, I didn’t read, it says, get 10,000 in 90sec. I was playing the game and was so calm with it and all of a sudden I saw, game over give up, surprisingly I asked my friend what that means because I just started the game and have not met the target. She asked me if I read the instruction before playing, I said no, and she said , they would have told you from the beginning what to get and in what time to get it.

In the journey called life, at every point in every ramification, there is instruction on “how to use”. We can as well liking instruction to direction- go to that tree and you will see the mango, the instruction here is to go to a tree before you can see a mango.

Many have in life travelled on the wrong path because they failed to follow instructions. To every instruction, there is always a reward and that reward is what you get after following the instruction. Following instruction is not been religious, I see it as trusting the one who knows the way/path you have no idea where it leads.

Back in high school, I took part in a race, if I still remember, I was on the 3^rd or 2^nd lane and there was this girl on the first lane, the race started, people that will fall did and people that will rise again did as well, the focus of this story is on the girl on the 1^st lane, she was taking the first position and I was taking the 2^nd, people were hailing her until we got to the final point and they announced me as the winning, people started shouting and asking why such a thing will happen when it’s so glaring who the winner was, then the man in charged said she(on the 1^st  lane) did not follow the instruction, the instruction was to each run on your lane but she already left hers and she was running in the middle of the field.

Same applies to a believer’s journey, many of us have left our lane and we’ve started running on other people’s lane. What exactly has God called you to do, how exactly did He ask you to do it, who is your standard, man or God?. We’ve so much conform to the standard of this world that anything the world says seem to us as the right path/choice.

I am a product, you are another but from the same manufacturer, the “readme,txt” file attached to you as a product differs from mine. Take a deep step in reading your own “readme” file and stop reading others’. This is how Pastor James does it, I must do it the same way, who told you that?

If you want to eat the best of the land, you have to go back to your producer and ask for the instructions that come along with your destiny. We can all be singers, but your own line of singing may differ from ours. God knows what He is doing, He created everything for His own pleasure.

If you can’t start celebrating your difference and living it out now, you can’t really go far, that difference is what makes you YOU, that’s your “readme.txt” file. It came with you when you were born and remember the bible says, before you were formed in your mother’s womb, He knows you, definitely you are a finished work of a perfect creator and because your thinking and ways are far from His, He has packaged some instruction along with your life so you will know how to take one step at a time.

I am very sure no one wants to be tossed around by the wave of this world and different doctrine. Then you’ve got to stand for the unique you and live the exact person God created. The world is like this because many of us still live other people’s life and forsake ours, that’s why you notice little or no change in how people live their life, there is already a pattern people conform to.

No instruction can match you, as that, that came with you. Stop the mismatch.

A WICKED SERVANT!!! MATTHEW 25:18

“But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money”.

This message is from God to me and to as many as possible God has given something. Have you buried one or two things that God has given? Probably because you think it’s too small to turn out into something big. Or you’ve compared it with what others have, and you concluded yours is insignificant, it won’t make any impact compared to others’. God ask me to tell you, to dig back and bring out what you’ve buried and start putting into use.

You see yourself as a dwarf beside others when you try to use what God has given you because it seems they have more and you have less.

Faithfulness in a little thing is a great thing[my proprietor in high school will always repeat this statement]. If you can’t be faithful with a little, how possible is it that you will be faithful with more. A nanny that can’t manage a baby well that is thinking of having a big day-care-Centre. How does that sound? Weird, exactly with what God has deposited into you.

Revelation 3: 8, God has placed an open door before you, just an open door, not open doors, what you do with the current door opened to you will determine if you get to the next door( from glory to glory He is taking us), one step at a time. God can’t be mocked, a father gave the little child biscuit and because the child can see that the father still have another in his hand, he kept that one at his back and ask for another one- who is fooling who- , it is glaring you are hiding something child, eat that and I will give you another.

God is not a bad father or teacher, He knows what you can handle, He wouldn’t give you “quadratic equation” when all you can do is to count 1 to 10. He has the best plan, He has given you the best tool for where you are going, don’t be intimidated, you are not me and I am not you, what we each need for our journey differs.

Celebrate the “little” but “unique” thing in you that you’ve discovered. That’s what makes the world interesting.

I wonder why out of 100% people in this world, just 10% are reckoned has been great. Maybe I should say, they are the bold ones, they didn’t allow limitations, condemnations to stop them, they make opportunities out of every or any discouragement or disappointment. They know they’ve got something, which the whole world must see. They didn’t stop until they got there.

No one will recognize a failure, even heaven will not. You have no excuse as to why you buried the talent your master has given you.

Bring back to life what you’ve buried, don’t try to bury what is in your hand. A little drop of water in an ocean may seem not to be having an impact, but believe me, the ocean actually increased by one drop.

Let the world enjoy you and let heaven celebrate you. Don’t be wicked, don’t waste away.

WHAT SORROW WILL DO YOU!!! JOB 2:8

“And he took a piece of broken pottery with which to scrape himself; and he sat [down] among the ashes”

Job was rich, he was an important and a popular person, he eats on high table and I want to believe he sits on high chair too, if there is anything like that. But when sorrow came, he sat among ashes, he was in pain, family and friends pitied him. A woman that should be the one encouraging, turned out to be the one to advise him to curse God, he was in pain and it doesn’t seem like hope is coming anywhere.

Imagine how it looks like to have sore all over your body, from your head to the sole of your feet or what it means to lose all you have in just a day.

Sorrow will bend your head but don’t let it bend your heart. Job didn’t curse God, it wasn’t like he was enjoying the situation, he was angry, he felt bad, the pain was too much for him to bare, to worsen the situation, no one around him seem to be of help, their so called words of advice are hurting. His head was bent but his heart was still erect. He stood on the ground of “God been God”. What a rare man.

How are you handling situations around you?, how easy do you find cursing God? How well do you blame him, what is your response to the foolish advise of men?. It takes a great encounter to experience such and not curse God. Job had so much understanding of God, that cursing God doesn’t seem like an option.

Sorrow shakes everything around you, but don’t let it shake all about you. Pray for an encounter that no matter what may come your way, you will still stand for God. After the night comes the morning, you can’t give up now, you’ve gone too far and the sorrow is temporal, it will leave in no time; don’t be the one to leave.

God is God, He won’t lie and He won’t joke with you. God didn’t joke with Job, he only decided to put satan to shame through a son He trust so well.

Can you help to show God’s enemy and your enemy that your God is mighty to save, by not giving up. There are sorrows and situations, but our God is faithful enough to deliver us from them all.

Lastly, when your head is bent, ensure your heart stands. God bless and cause you to smile in times you suppose to cry.

“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer. Behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison that ye may be tried; be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee a crown of life”.

WHAT IS GOOD!!! Ecclesiastes 2:3

Well the statement “I am alive” comes more frequently from people’s mouth than I imagine. People will ask you, are you still alive? And the sure reply will be, I am, as you can see, I am still breathing, talking, working, walking, eating and so on, what else will make you know that I am alive?

Only God knows where we are going with this, I say to myself, because definitely I am guilty of this.

Life isn’t about what you call norms and do or what you confirm it to be. Someone can be doing all the listed activities and still be dead. Like some will say-a working dead-. Living should not only be measured by those activities, because most of those, if not all, are common to animals, animals live but sincerely, they are not alive.

You are alive when others can smell your “aroma”, your presence is felt in a place even when you are not there, definitely you’ve deposited some things there. To be alive is to “breathe fresh air”, if no one can say you breathe into their life- you may as good be dead.

You do all the eating, drinking and all but the main purpose of your being alive has been ignored, I guess you need to resurrect. In Genesis chapter 1, we were told to subdue, replenish, and have dominion. If you are not doing those, once again resurrect!!!.

The writer of Ecclesiastes said he needed to do some things, but then he paused, to actually see what exactly is good for man to do all their life. It takes wisdom to think that way. Have you ever imagine working alongside with someone, and while working and talking, the person said in his conversation “when I was alive…”, what an horrible experience it will, knowing you are working and talking with a ghost. But this is seriously similar to working with someone who isn’t living out her dream/purpose. It’s so as working with a ghost.

The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy, what do you think he is stealing, killing or destroying?, don’t you think it’s what makes up life in you?. And that’s the most reason why many are empty but still believe they are living, the devil has taken away what matters(life) from them and given them something of lesser value to play with like a toy. Just pause and ask this question – is the devil joking with my life right now?

He gives you plenteous reasons why you should not live a purposeful life(fear, weaknesses, people etc) but he will never give you a single reason why you should, that’s because the devil understand the depth of what God had deposited in you and he knows it’s a threat to him.

Are you still dead or alive?, when the question are you alive? Comes to you, what was your answer, what is your answer and what will be your answer.

What is called life is definitely not the normal day-to-day activities, but the abnormal ones that encompass you shining in darkness. And let your life so shine before all men. I imagine buying a lamp, very beautiful one with good looks and shape, then on getting home, I put it on only to realize it’s not bringing light. I will conclude this is not a lamp, this is a toy or a dead lamp.

Let me say this, don’t appear beautiful, until you are beautiful” and “don’t constitute to the GHOST ATMOSPHERE of this world”, get up and follow the light (Jesus) that you make get and live the life to the fullness.

DON’T DROP THE CROSS; PICK UP THE CROSS!!! MATTHEW 28:1

“In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Madgalene and the other Mary to see to Sepulchre”

Have you ever seen a man as committed as this person to Christ?

All her life, she always find her way to the master, after her first encounter with him, she kept in contact, maybe because she can see the unseen. Her commitment remind me of Paul, Peter, Silas and other disciples that will go to any extent to preach the master- they have seen the unseen, there is a driving force to that kind of energy they each release. Mary kept going to the sepulchre until her Lord arose.

There is a promise here, on the third day I will arise, someone was keeping track of that, holding on to that promise, knowing well it was Jesus who said it and surely He will do it. Behold she was privileged to be among the first set of people to see Him.

What you do now that you can’t see Him, will, to a large extent determine what you get when you see Him. Do you chose to live your life anyway you like because Jesus can’t see you?, or you believe since you are not going to Him yet, you can still live some unworthy life, when the time to see Him come, you will change… then I can say you are on a wrong track.

If it’s God that called you, then let it be God, work/live, do everything you have to do with knowledge of his constant presence and also with the knowledge of where you are going.

The Bible recorded that, Jesus for the joy that was set before Him, endured the cross. Are you tired of the cross already, thinking on giving up, does everything seem abstract?, does it look like God tarries in doing something you asked, are you hooked at a point and you don’t know where next to turn, are you confused as to whether the price is worth the stress, or you have of the mindset-if it doesn’t work well the I’ll take my leave????. I will like to beg you to look up to Jesus , He is a life example of what you are going through, he has the best answer to your worse question.

There is reward to those who will take up their cross and follow Christ. Let me just say this: it’s too early and too late to drop the cross.. are you just starting and it seems like it’s not what you expected, please keep striving, in a little while, everything will fall into place. You’ve been long in the journey and you are losing hope already for some reasons, may I ask that you just for a single reason endure.

Of what use is the effort of a ”MARY” that was always with Jesus when He was alive and doesn’t see Him after He arose from dead?. If you have started then keep going, it’s worth it. And if at all you don’t even plan to start, then, remember there is no reward for anyone who gain the whole world and loses his soul.

Don’t sell your soul to the one who will only do the three most dangerous things to it- kill-steal-destroy. I will only advise to give your life to the one who will give you a full version of it. Don’t lose contact with the source- don’t drop the cross- pick it up!!!!!!!!!

MY CHRISTIAN JOURNEY AND DANIEL 1:5

“The king assigned them a daily amount of food and wine from the king’s table. They were to be trained for three years, and after that they were to enter the king’s service”

Have you ever, at least for once talk to God of your insufficiency, have you ever said Lord- only if you can give me this one thing, then I will be complete or Lord, why am I so short of needed strength or gift.

I think you should go back and check again. Everything it takes to get to where you are going is in your hand, waiting to be discovered. Maybe your prayer point then should be- Lord, help me to see that which you have given me and put into use.

What does a Christian journey has to do with a king giving people he want to use daily food, wine in his table and even some trainings before they can enter into his service.

The one who has called us to this believing journey is a KING, He made all other kings, before we can finally enter into His kingdom, there has to be process or a kind of daily working out on our relationship with Him.

As the king in the passage provided or assigned an amount of food daily for those people, God had done the same for those called by His name, there has been a portion assigned that will get you to where you are heading to.

“His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of Him who called us by his own glory and goodness.”, that was according to 2 peter 1:3, imagine that, the writer said, everything we need for both life and godliness, everything.

What you then lack is what you haven’t discovered. How do you know you can fight, if you haven’t make an attempt to do so before, how do you know you have strength if you haven’t taken a step that requires strength. His divine power has given us everything we need not basically what you want, every required tool, and every necessary instrument, check yourself once again and see if you don’t already have some of the things you often pray for.

Lord, give me grace- grace is all you had to be able to open your mouth in the first place. Everything you need for the stage you are, has been given, only pray that God will open your eyes to see, your ears to hear and your mind to understand the usage.

If you keep asking and storing (not using), I don’t think you will keep on receiving, ensure you have used that which you have been given before you ask for another. Remember the story of the master and the servants he gave talents. You have all, but all may not be needed at this stage, pray to see what you need for this stage you are.

Everything you’ve been given is for the glory of GOD, not for you to play around with, its for you to be able to stand before Him on the last day and say boldly, I used all you gave me to the glory of your name. Everything He created, He did for His pleasure.

BIRTHDAY

 

BIRTHDAY is a reminder of the day you were born.

Birthday is like a check and balances to one’s destiny. When a child is given birth to, the parent gives him/her a name, once the child is 1, something changes in the parent’s mindset and that is their orientation about the child, the child is now 1, its no longer “we just gave birth to a child,”, it is now “we have a year old child”.

If the child clocks 2 and no improvement in the size of the child, they tend to wonder but still, they might not take it all that serious, 3, 4, and then 5, still the same size as a year old child. Their conclusion will be the child has a problem growing, and then the next thing is to start running all around.

A child given birth to is meant to grow. A destiny created is meant to be fulfilled. The moment you are able to number your birthday yourself and you can plan towards next one, I believe you are old enough to be responsible for your actions.

On each birthday, why not just pause and see the clear difference between the previous year and the one you just concluded. If there is none, I guess you’ve started having a stunted growth. Before you were formed in your mother’s womb, He knows you, He knows you by your name, a package was sent with your coming into this world, that package is your destiny. To each child there is a purpose and all to the glory of God.

You are responsible for what you carry in your hand (Destiny)., there is an account to give to the one who gave the package to you(God). There is an alarm (Birthday) to help you check if you are utilizing it well, If it is still as fresh as you were given, or you’ve started using.

Birthday should not be “I was born some years ago and today I am eating cake in remembrance of that year”, it should rather be “I was born years back, I kept growing since then, each year it’s a new height and I’m celebrating my achievement”

Don’t /stop celebrating the “number” start celebrating the “achievement”. If there is no difference between “who you were” and “who you are”, forget about the cake, break it and get a life, after that you can celebrate the life.. Don’t/stop celebrating emptiness, or death, start celebrating life.

The purpose of the number (age) is to keep you on track and help you know you don’t have eternity to fulfill destiny.

In case you don’t know your purpose, its never too late. In case you’ve not been known for anything in your generation, its not too late. In case you are stuck somewhere, seek help. In case it seems God is not on your side, look again. In case you don’t even know the owner of the package you carry, connect to Him, He has the best to where it leads to.
