You claim to be a follower of
Christ, how much do you know about him, do your adversaries know more than you
do? If they do, then you are in trouble.
Remember the temptations of
Jesus(Matthew 4:1-11), the devil offered him many beautiful things, if only he
could bow down to him but as for Jesus, he is more informed than the token the
devil is offering, he knew his status as an high priest, is inheritance isn’t
that of little and he refused, he conquered and received the crown.
If you know less about the journey
you are on you better ask God as many as possible questions you can, he is the
answer. Don’t go like a mediocre, don’t embark on a journey with such little
information. If the children of Judah didn’t have the history stored in their
head, their adversaries would have easily stopped them even without taking the
case to King Cyrus.
How much of God do you know, is
it enough to face the devil,? Is it enough to face your trials and tribulations?
When you are sick, do you know what the Lord says about that? When all hope
seem gone, do you know the Lord’s stand on it?
The devil will torment you for
what you don’t know. God is not an author of confusion. He will be clear enough
if only you will listen enough. Give me that listening ear Lord.
