Now…they marveled and they took
knowledge of them that they had been with Jesus?
Just now this verse made me remember
the dullard I use to know, in high school there was this dull girl who barely
knows nothing, and was never ready to learn something and even when she tries
to learn, knowledge gets boring to her. Same girl managed to scale through high
school into a university, the dullard disappeared and a brilliant girl was left
behind, the one who knows close to nothing now teaches close to everything.
What really happened? Jesus
happened, Jesus gave his mind to this girl, Paul said let this mind be in you
as it was in Christ and also he claimed to have the mind of Christ and that
explains why he prospers so much in what he does.
Peter and John were unlearned but
they thought, the people were amazed because they knew their status, a dullard
became a genius. Jesus can make a fool wise; only a fool will say there is no
God and even though you’ve said it, he can make you wise by accepting you if
you accept him.
There is no how you work with God
and it won’t show in your works because he will be at the point of prospering
everything you do so far it’s in accordance to his will for you. Don’t be
deceived by people or science, these are limited, God works in a way you can’t
explain.
We’ve heard of people who speak
in languages they don’t understand just because God needed to pass a message
across at that moment.
God can teach, that’s the work of
the Holy Spirit, aren’t you tired of been taught don’t you want to teach?
Aren’t you bored of teaching, don’t you want to be taught? If you’ve been with
Jesus as a professor, there should be a clear difference between you as a
professor and other professors.
If you’ve been with JESUS as a
student, there should be a difference between other student and you; the fact
and the truth. The fact is you are so dull but the truth is Christ can teach
you.
Don’t harden your heart today
when you hear the word of God, learn from him and live.
