Your Portion (Numbers18)

When you take up a government work, higher ones, like that of a minister, the government caters for your needs, your children’s fees, the house you live in, your car(s), and many other things.

 

When it is God’s work, He won’t suffer your feet to be moved. Before each year, He has handled your need, before you wake up, He has settled the bills for the day, those who are called according to His purpose have Him as their reward, He said He is your part or portion, your share is not in this world but in Him. Of course, He can take things from the world to feed you.

When you seek Him first, He adds every other thing that matters, when you become His son, He becomes your portion, He becomes your one and only inheritance.

Stop spending your money on what is not food, Mary has chosen the good part which is the one thing that is needful (luke10:38-42). Seek first the kingdom of God and leave every other thing for Him to handle.

When He calls you, He wants to help you fulltime, He wants to be your complete portion, He is your everlasting portion, He is more than life to you.

If He could give His life first, what else can He possibly hide from you….YOUR PORTION, MY PORTION.

He will take up your business, remember Abraham, he didn’t inform God about the wife taken from him, he was just on his own when God went behind his back to fight for him. Don’t miss such!!!
